I am Oluwayemi, the founder of Lexie Digital Solutions. I established the firm to help organisations turn complex business, process and technology challenges into practical, lasting change. With a background rooted in business analysis and project management, I have spent my career bridging the gap between what a business needs and what a system or programme actually delivers.
My experience spans the full delivery lifecycle, from early discovery and requirements elicitation through to design, implementation, user acceptance testing, change management and handover. I have led requirements workstreams, governed multi-stream programmes, supported system selection and implementation, and helped teams adopt new ways of working so that delivered change is genuinely embraced rather than quietly worked around.
My approach is deliberately practical. Technology should support the business, not the other way around, and every recommendation I make is grounded in a clear understanding of the underlying problem, the people it affects and the outcomes the organisation is trying to achieve. That blend of analytical rigour and disciplined delivery is what Lexie Digital Solutions was founded to provide.

I bring a practical understanding of how people, processes and systems interact, and I help clients see the opportunities for improvement that sit beneath the surface of day-to-day operations.
My focus is on building trusted relationships and translating complex operational problems into clear, actionable opportunities for change. I work closely with both clients and the delivery team to ensure that every engagement is grounded in a genuine business need and directed towards measurable, sustainable improvement.
Before joining Lexie Digital Solutions, I built experience across business development and systems improvement, supporting organisations to review how they work, identify inefficiencies and adopt practical changes that last. I believe meaningful improvement comes from understanding the business first and the technology second.
